Who is Dr. Johanna Budwig?
“I have the answer to cancer, but American doctors won’t listen. They come here and observe my methods and are impressed. Then they want to make a special deal so they can take it home and make a lot of money. I won’t do it, so I’m blackballed in every country.”
Dr. Johanna Budwig has been nominated for a Nobel prize 7 times, but her methods have incurred the wrath of the establishment and she is passed over. Especially upsetting is her refusal to use radiation or chemotherapy. *
From time-to-time, I will add information on someone who, in the current orthodox-conventional-mainstream medical opinion, will come under the category “alternative,” but whose credentials and research are overwhelming.
Dr. Johanna Budwig is just such a person: brilliant, bigger than life, a woman who in over 50 years of practice saw a 90% success rate in her cancer patients, many of whom were sent home to die by other practitioners. She practiced up until the age of 94, and died in 2003 at 95 years of age.
Dr. Budwig was the Central Government’s Senior Expert for fats and pharmaceutical drugs in Germany in 1952. Considered one of the world’s leading authorities on fats and oils, her research clearly demonstrates how commercially processed fats and oils destroy cell membranes and lower the voltage in our cells. This results in chronic and terminal disease. In short, she discovered that we, as electrical beings, are having our batteries turned off.
To explain: Our cells fire electrically. A cell’s nucleus has a positive charge and the outer membrane, a negative charge. When unsaturated fats are commercially treated to stabilize them, as in the oils we find in the supermarket, their unsaturated qualities are destroyed and their field of electrons removed. Unfortunately, our 70 -75 trillion cells need that field of electrons to function. Without the field of electrons in the fats we eat, the incoming fats cannot associate with protein to become water soluble and available to the body. So our batteries die because the electrons in the fats and oils can no longer recharge the cells.
Without proper fat metabolism, every aspect of our being is affected, including the generation of new cells (our bodies produce 500,000,000 new cells daily). When a cell divides, the new daughter cell must have sufficient electron rich fatty acids within the cell’s surface area to separate completely from the mother cell. Without enough of the electron rich fatty acids, the cell separation is halted and the body begins to die. Chronic and terminal diseases result.
Dr Budwig explains that tumors are usually in areas of many growth processes, like the skin, membranes, glandular organs (liver, pancreas, stomach, intestines) The dipolarity (i.e., the positive charge of the nucleus and the negative charge in the membrane) in the growth processes are brought to a standstill. This is because the electron rich highly unsaturated fat is missing. Since the surface-active fats are lacking, the substance becomes inactive before the maturing and the shedding process of the cells never takes place. This results in tumor formation.
She discovered that the process can be reversed. Using flaxseed oil, with its powerful, essential electron rich unsaturated fats, combined with sulfur protein rich cottage cheese, the resultant chemical reaction makes the flaxseed oil water-soluble and easily absorbed into the cell membrane. This revives the stagnated growth processes, tumor(s) dissolve and “dead battery” symptoms resolve.
Dr. Budwig did not believe in chemotherapy or radiation, feeling that “usual hospital treatments…in a case of tumorous growth, most certainly leads to worsening of the disease or a speedier death, and in healthy people, quickly causes cancer.”
Besides cancer, the Budwig protocol treats other chronic diseases, including arthritis, heart infarction, irregular heart beat, psoriasis, eczema and other skin diseases, immune deficiency syndromes, including multiple sclerosis, diabetes, lungs and respiratory conditions, stomach ulcers, liver, prostate, stroke, brain tumors, and arteriosclerosis. The protocol additionally strengthens brain activity.
Perhaps the amazing food combination might be tried with ALS “Lou Gehrig’s disease,” Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases since no brain function can take place without three fold unsaturated fats. The same holds true for nerve function, regeneration within muscles after strenuous physical activity, and in the oxidative recovery phase during sleep.
Dr. Budwig said that she often took very sick cancer patients from the hospital with only hours or days left to live and, most of the time, her protocol had good results. Many were not able to urinate, have bowel movements, or had unproductive coughs. She would start the therapy with some using an enema of 500CCs of an oil mixture and “their subjective awareness of well being increased immediately” and vital functions were reactivated.
What foods have processed oils?
Name it. Check your ingredient list when you go to buy processed peanut butter, mayonnaise, cookies, cakes, margarine, refined vegetable oils, deep fried foods, dog biscuits, canned dog food, kibble… Processed fats and oils actually suffocate the cells when ingested depriving the body of life giving oxygen. Dr. Budwig encouraged the use of only “cold pressed” natural oils, such as flaxseed oil, coconut oil, etc.
